[mythtvnz] channels.conf

Does anyone have an up to date channels.conf for sky and freeview (DVB-S)
OR
A nice tidy way of generating it dynamically?

I haven't been keeping up to date with all the changes over the last couple
of years so my file is so out of date, I may as well start from scratch.

Does anyone publish their channels.conf to a place where we can all pick it
up and stay up to date a little more automagically?
