[mythtvnz] iTVC16 with MythBuntu does not detect card

Well I panicked! After dinner and quiet reflection (meaning googling) I
found that I needed to connect the video source. Really my problem was
I did not have a set of clear instructions.
My apologies for my panicked questions....
