[mythtvnz] Install: trouble with starting channel

Think I have had to enter a number there..it was blank after initial
scan. (0.23)

I think most mythtv users dread having to do a re-scan..so we can't
always remember the exact behaviour.

Mysql at version 5.1.41  on *buntu10.04..
