[mythtvnz] OT What do we make of IGLOO?

Since discontinuing its analogue service, Sky has been trying to find a use
for its terrestrial frequency spectrum.  If it didn't use it by I think
2014, it will have to relinquish the spectrum.  So looks like they have
found use for it.
