GT210 is similar in performance to the 9400GT, so no Advanced 2X on HD content.
the 220 is like the 9500GT.

The GT220 can be found in a fanless configuration now, though it will
take the slot next to the PCIe connector

And with both, you get full LPCM 7.1 support of HDMI ; AFAIK they are
the only discrete video cards supporting it..

BTW, for people who like living on the edge (though it's been pretty
well tested), you could try the mythtv-hdaudio branch
it adds a lot of new capabilities to your myth setup, including 7.1
audio support, and HD audio codec can be played at their native
resolution.
Also includes full downmixer, so no more missing out on the dialogues
when listening to AAC 5.1

Works great with pulseaudio too now, no more AV-sync issues.
