That's a Python setuptools thing (which I don't know heaps about), mine
installs in /usr/local/bin which is where I prefer too.

Correct. The delay didn't really work that well anyway, you need to read
some data like I do there.

I'll also be adding those options to the config file too so you don't
have to specify them on the command line.
