[mythtvnz] EPG or lack there of

Does the MythTV F12 EPG function still work ?

It does not seem to work any more, which is no great loss.
Did this coincide with a EPG/firmware update ?

The last time the F12 key was pressed (accident) would be > 3 months ago.

The Freeview & Sky boxes all have to support firmware updates over the 
'network' ?
Is this their way of trying to maintain a constantly changing target.
Shame their programme material isn't as compelling.
