Both should show up as just a USB keyboard to your PC, much like a
standard wireless keyboard/mouse. There should be no problems using
either.

I haven't seen the Lenovo one before, it looks neat and is much cheaper
than the Logitech.

The Logitech has/had some issues with the touchpad using the supplied
USB dongle but they can be worked around.
