[mythtvnz] Remote extenders

I don't know where you get them these days, but I have a Marmitek Powermid
Plus http://www.marmitek.com/en/catalogus/product.php?product=219.

This has both IR and RF, so you position the receiver next to the device
being controlled and can use the (learning) remote anywhere in the house. It
works well.

Does anyone on this list know where I can buy IR remote extenders?

I would like to get one with multiple "sensors" so I can use remote 
controllers in several rooms to change my Sky channels.
