Old PCs are a waste of time & money in the end. Invariably you want
sata, quiet efficient CPU, PCI-e x16, 64 bit, good chipset etc.
Old PCs can be good backend/servers if it has fast disk I/O.
To get the best frontend playback (HD) to date you need a GT220 video
card or better.
Buying a 8 year old GPU (6200) is like taking your money outside &
burning it.

Get a AM3 or LGA1156 socket mobo Phenom II X4 920 or an i3, you still
need an nvidia GPU as the integrated i3 will crash doing 2d acceleration
on the desktop effects..
