You can increase the priority on the DVB-S tuner in mythtv-setup (Input
Connections IIRC). Or you can set up the tuners in the order that you'd
prefer them to be used (i.e. DVB-S first then your analogue tuner) since the
scheduler will choose the first available tuner if all else is equal.
