[mythtvnz] Hdmi sound

Had a mate who has just gone to newest mythbuntu with 220 card.  You need
Alsa 1.0.23 to make this work.  Unfortunately, the repository as of last
week didn't have it.

Get from ATRPMS (install yum config as detailed on their site).

As a word of caution, only install ALSA.  They also have mythtv packages
and this WILL kooze your myth installation as there will be library
mismatches, so make sure you disable respoitory when you have finished.

Also watch to see if it wants to install a Kernel - if so, stop and just
install the packages manually, ie yum install alsa-kmdl-???.  When my
friend did it, it wanted to install the PAE kernel for some reason.
