[mythtvnz] DVB-T MHEG EPG

Hi Folks,

I'm new to the list. Have been playing with solorvox's code for 
converting MHEG-5 to xmltv for updating myth epg. Things I have 
"adjusted" are:

- Channel re-mapping. Fixed mapping of TV3 to TV33 and TV3plus1, etc.
- Fixed shows ending at midnight.
- Workaround for problem with my setup which stops rb-download from 
re-tuning.

Seems to be stable so far but only a couple of days testing. If anyone 
is interested I can post code.
