[mythtvnz] OT: Recommended wiring scheme and RJ-45 connectors for Lexcom (Cat7) cable

Ok, by the looks of http://lexcomhomenetwork.blogspot.com/, the cable
is paired as:

black/red
blue/brown
yellow/green
grey/orange.


if you're just crimping plugs on the end, you could wire the plugs like this:

1 - Yellow
2 - Green
3 - Blue
4 - Red
5 - Black
6 - Brown
7 - Grey
8 - Orange

This is probably not the lexcom intended pinout, but the pairs are
correct so will work fine
