Yeah using VPDAU, and must admit I haven't disabled Composite, as like you alluded to I am under the impression its not needed with the latter versions of the Nvidia driver any longer. I might as well give it a try as its a easy enough change to make. Am getting pixilation on TV1 and TV2 also

Well even though Im running Nividia 195 drivers I modified xorg.conf to disable composite and picture quality improved considerably.
