[mythtvnz] Other channels on D1

We have been viewing SBS 1 and 2 for some time now, and successfully 
record both Kiwi & Au channels.  I have 2 x DVBs cards, one LNB & a 
splitter to the two cards.  I have the SBS channels set with a lower 
priority so no polarity conflicts can interrupt the freeview schedule!  
Heaven help me if Coro fails to record!
