[mythtvnz] Problems with DVB-T

Actual real world power consumption will not be the TDP unless the GPU 
is maxed out.

So a higher TDP (thermal design power to be dissipated) model may be 
more efficient performing the same task.

I still think the GT220 is the best choice now except you can't get a 
silent model in NZ.
