Try dvbtune:

dvbtune -f 570000 -I 0 -qam 64 -gi 16 -cr 3_4 -bw 8 -tm 8 -m 1

The -f parameter depends on the frequency and channel at your location
obviously. I use this command to aim my UHF aerial when the birds have been
spending too much time sitting/crapping on it.
