The consensus seems to be an NVidia PCIe card with HDMI output.
You might prefer a silent one with no fan but with a big heatsink.

I'd spend the extra $20 over the one with the fan, plus no noise, and
having fan to fail
But only if you've got the slot next free, for a double width card.
