Not currently - it's tied in to a database I've been building of program
episode information and the times they were on.

I'm building a history of what has been on in the hopes of better
augmenting future data and possibly predicting the future.

I guess I could pull out the code that does the new program checks and
create another tool but it's not high on my list right now.
