[mythtvnz] Channel scanner problem

Im having trouble using mythtv-setup to scan for channels, when ever i scan it picks up all channels but only puts one channel from each multiplex into the database, except for the TVNZ multiplex puts in TV1 and TV2. I dont think signal strength is the problem because it still picks up one channel from each multiplex and the signal strength is 75%.

It would be great if any one could help me out as i have had a look to see if anyone else has had a similar problem but can't find anything.

It started happening on 0.21-fixes and i thought going to trunk might fix it but it didnt (trunk [21581])
