[mythtvnz] Series link

The Freeview|HD specification does have support for series link using a
combination of MHEG-5 enhancements and some additional program/serial
specific meta-data including in the EIT stream, but only on DTT.

They are planning later this year to roll the same EIT information over to
DTH once they have some certified PVRs for the platform.
