Hi there

For what it's worth, I have this card in my system (TD-500, two antenna
inputs, big "diversity!" ad on the box, made in Indonesia).
It works perfectly fine for video out of the box, although to get the
remote working I had to patch the driver (Ubuntu Jaunty). I believe the
difference between this and the original T-500 is that the TD-500 is
actually a USB device and the PCI card is just a USB controller with the
TD-500 USB attached to it, so it is handled by a completely different
driver.
Also, I'm pretty sure the "D" in TD-500 does stand for diversity.
Output from dmesg:
[ 6.588021] dvb-usb: found a 'Hauppauge Nova-TD-500 (84xxx)' in warm
state.
[ 6.588072] dvb-usb: will pass the complete MPEG2 transport stream to
the software demuxer.

[ 7.047636] DVB: registering new adapter (Hauppauge Nova-TD-500 (84xxx))
[ 7.197262] DVB: registering adapter 1 frontend 0 (DiBcom 7000PC)...

[ 7.423511] input: IR-receiver inside an USB DVB receiver as
/devices/pci0000:00/0000:00:14.4/0000:03:06.2/usb3/3-1/input/input4
[ 7.424389] dvb-usb: schedule remote query interval to 50 msecs.
[ 7.424391] dvb-usb: Hauppauge Nova-TD-500 (84xxx) successfully
initialized and connected.
The IR receiver line did not come up out of the box, this only appeared
after patching the driver. The latest ubuntu release may have this fixed.
I have not tried FM, I was not aware the card had the feature.
