[mythtvnz] List outage - mea culpa

Some of you may have noticed the list has been out for a day or so.

My fault, i didn't renew the linuxnut.co.nz domain, but I have now fixed it.

I could make all sort of excuses about pressure of work, no credit
card at present cos I am changing banks, forgetfulness etc, but when
it comes down to it, this was my fault and I apologise to all.
