[mythtvnz] TV One Regional feeds official on DTH

The mapping of SID to region is as follows for 12483H

SID Region
1035 Auckland + All FTA
1908 Waikato
1909 Wellington + Central
1910 Christchurch + Dunedin

In the channel name they are all tagged as TV One.

As they have removed the old Ids 1037, 1901 and 1902 most people will  
need to do a re-scan to pick these up.
