How do I install Xmltv? Just a typical sudo apt-get install xmltv? Sorry
for the dumb question, I am sure I could go looking. But I hadn't
spotted this requirement on any of the sites I have been reading.

Yep, I used them a couple of weeks ago. The only problem I had was
that I had forgotten to install xmltv or whatever the required package
is.
