Well finally today Steven Toth released the linux drivers for the HVR-2200 
(Half Height Dual DVB-T/Analog PCI-E Card)

I have updated the linuxtv WIKI (which I started when I got my card over a 
year ago)

The driver seems to work well and I can use it in mythtv (just my reception 
is crap where I live without an Antenna)
