Should have said, I am using VDPAU on the frontend. I have JYAs repositories installed.

I am sure that I have also tried without VDPAU and I still get the pixelation on TV1 and TV2. Without VDPAU I can't really play TV3, I get 100%CPU and stuttering (but that is not an issue to fix as I know the CPU is not up to decoding H264).
