[mythtvnz] DVB-T mux A errors

Well after a rebuild last night I have mux A errors again with the
initial channel scan. Now as I had all channels before the rebuild I
believe I can rule out Antenna issues. I made sure I had the LNA
turned on before doing the first scan and still it failed to find the
first mux, and the 3rd on one occasion.
Work calls so will have another go tonight.
