[mythtvnz] Updated to latest versions, now lots of back end crashes!

I have also noticed dmesg reports:
[ 1123.075751] mythcommflag[6143]: segfault at a0480 ip b7048d38 sp bfe82ee0 error 4 in libmythavcodec-0.21.so.0.21.0[b6dd0000+34c000]
I am going to turn off commerical flagging to see if that makes a difference...
