[mythtvnz] silent cards

I have a Gigabyte GA-MA78GM-S2HP motherboard with an integrated ATI Radeon HD3200. Admittedly I only use the VGA out at this stage but in conjunction with my HP4000 it rocks. No real pain points arount the ATI card. Some around the HP4000 but resolvable.
