[mythtvnz] Hauppauge WinTV Nova-S Plus problem

I should probably also mention that it does lock to the satellite signal
so I believe that means that my settings are fine (frequency, symbol rate
etc).
This is the error that mythtv gives me when it fails to scan the channels:

Timeout Scanning Frequency 12483000 -- no tables

A clue.  But its too late for me to figure it out tonight.
