I have had discussions with people connected to Sky. They are very well
aware of what the current state of the situation is, and what they do
about it depends on what takes place.

Having it widely broken will fairly obviously encourage them to take
steps, largely against people openly providing information on how to.
Some of that decision making will be made above them - ie, from NDS in
Israel or from News Corp itself.
