One small thing, before it gets disseminated widely the naming if it might be better as something like 0.21.05.

I say this because it seems milestone 0.21.1 is still coming.  (http://svn.mythtv.org/trac/roadmap) so calling yours 0.21.5, despite 
your best intentions, is likely to cause confusion.
