[mythtvnz] Green screen .. help please

I doubt this has anything to do with it (because you say other applications
display full colour) but I always start with the basics... losing colours
can be caused by bad video cables or loose pins in the plugs. Might pay to
rule this out early in the process (or you will feel a real idiot later if I
was right...)
