The release of the 180.35 drivers, comments that "This NVIDIA Linux graphics driver release supports GeForce 6xxx and newer NVIDIA GPUs"
Does this mean that we can use a GeForce6600 on an AGP card? Could breath some life into my old hardware if this is possible.

I notice VDPAU 180.35 has now been released, I'm on 180.29, has anyone tried the new version?

Is there a way to get the Proprietary Driver menu to pick up the latest beta, rather than the stable 177 version??
Cheers
Douglas.
