[mythtvnz] VDPAU very blocky with fast moving action

Is anyone else seeing the same problem?

My setup is:

Myth 0.21 with update from Jean-Yves Avenard's repositories.
Playback profile is nvidia vdpau acceleration
I have tried with loop skip filter on and off
I have tried with no deinterlacing and with all the deinterlacing options (one at a time)
Nvidia drivers are version 180.29


Hardware is
ASUS M3N-H/HDMI (8300 series NVIDIA GPU)
AMD X2 6000
2Gb RAM 512k used by video

CPU usage is about 12%
