[mythtvnz] Getting remote to work on Ubuntu 8.10 - Hauppauge Nova-T-500

I have edited your wiki to add the link to the mythtv HOWTO install
guide for the Hauppage Nova T 500 card, noting that Ubuntu 8.10 is
supposed to support it "out of the box". I also added the links to
the latest NVIDIA driver that has VDPAU support as you will need that
for VDPAU support!
