I've had a similar experience with Aleutia.
Aleutia appears to be a scam. This is certainly fraud.
Their wiki is not modifiable, their blog allows no comments.
Attached is a copy of the only mail I received.
Do NOT order machines from Aleutia: they will give you the run around
and never deliver.

Thank you for your order.
Unfortunately, we've had a lot of issues with the IDE controller on
the E3 and I've halted orders this week (we'll update the website this
weekend).
The good news is we have fixed it at the hardware level and have a
second revision of boards arriving from Taiwan but not for another 2
weeks.
These will allow any OS to work on it (including Ubuntu).
Are you ok to wait that long?
