[mythtvnz] Majors Service ID Change on Sky's network

You guys are marvellous. An hour agon, I had my elderly father-in-law on the
phone almost in tears because the elderly mother-in-law was screaming blue
murder at him because she wasn't able to change the channel... after some
diagnosis (check remote batteries etc) my advice to him was 'take an aspirin
and call Sky in the morning'. Then I started reading through this forum and
found the solution. I am once again the favourite son-in-law :-)
