[mythtvnz] Majors Service ID Change on Sky's network

As part of Sky's carriage of TVNZ 6/7 plus regional TVNZ One channels they
need to resolve a SID conflict between a number of their channels and the
freeview transmissions.

Their service table has just refreshed with the following changes

OLD  NEW   Channel
1035 1053  SM Greats
1036 1054  SKY Sport H/L's
1037 1055  Prime
1038 1056  Prime

They have also updated some of their interactive services
624  607   Grooves
680  681   MIND GAMES
678  679   PLAYIN TV GAMES
679  680   WEATHER

Until some of the EPG feeds have been updated selected channels might not
have a full weeks worth of data.
