You currently have 1.20 formware for the Nova-T 500, there are a number of 
know issues with it.
The 1.10 version is recommended.

Also options dvb-usb-dib0700 force_lna_activation=1 is required for the 
Nova-T 500, otherwise your won't get much signal.

And it looks like you're missing the firware for the HDR-4000 too.
So that card won't do much.
