[mythtvnz] VDPAU AV-Sync Errors

I have your two videos playing properly now ...
It was just a matter of increasing the video buffer again.
the downside in doing so is that videos playback takes slightly longer to start.
In those two streams you've sent, there's up to 850ms delay between
audio and video ! that's huge
