[mythtvnz] Jumpy video follow-up

Problem solved. :) After a couple of you talked about graphics cards, I 
asked on IRC whether mythbuntu had any propriety drivers for ATI 
graphics cards available. It turns out they do and now that I've 
installed them everything's working fine. :) Thank you all for your 
help, you are the ones who made me think about the graphics card 
instead of the encoder.

I may have some questions soon about improving picture quality a 
little, but that's a minor issue. Over all I'm very happy with mythtv 
and my tuner card, it feels great to be a fully fetched member of the 
mythtv community. :)
