[mythtvnz] Freeview XML listings

Hi all,

I've put up another listings file on the epg.pvr.geek.nz server called
freeview-web.xml.gz. This one is grabbed from the official Freeview XML
and transformed into the XMLTV file format.

It doesn't have the same post processing yet as the other files so lacks
category information, subtitle extraction and some other goodies. It
does have the HDTV and subtitles information which is in the source XML.

At some stage I will look at trying to combine the information into a
super listings file. I've also been pointed to the mediaworks XML which
has 14 days listings.

Just bear in mind that this is a new source so things haven't been
tested yet and may change at any time.
