I got sky UHF installed for about $30 with no long term contract, the minimum time to stay with them is 30 days. So I cancelled the day after installation so my service was discontinued 30 days later. So I had to pay $30 install fee and 1 months rental about $25 and I got a shiney new UHF aerial professionally installed, perfect for freeview terrestrial.  
I would like a sat dish too though so keep me informed of how you go.
