[mythtvnz] MythTv playback on Windows Vista

I would suggest getting the media player classic home cinema build, I have
had the best luck with that and h264 acceleration rather than the powerdvd
or similar codec. Not tried a myth recorded .ts file yet but I assume it
would work just as well.

Just be aware that the 64 bit version will need 64 bit audio codecs, which
don't seem to exist yet or be easy to find if they do.
