[mythtvnz] I now have a skiploopfilter option - updates to Paul's ppa?

Hey all,
On with my continued theme of enabling skiploop filter so as to be able
to watch TV3...
It suddenly works! I booted into my test Mythbuntu install today for the
first time in a while to play around with C and thought I might as well
get the box up to date as well, so ran at-get update/upgrade. Didn't pay
much attention to what had installed but I knew there would be some
updates to myth, because they had been sitting there ever since I
rebuilt it a couple of weeks ago. I assumed I should ignore them as they
would only overwrite the changes I made (first time recompiling
something and there is much I don't understand).
So after this I tested out TV3 on a whim and it works! CPU about where
it was (50-60%) but smooth playback. I look in CPU Playback Profiles and
there is now an option to enable/disable skiploopfilter. So what I want
to know is where this change has come from, Paul have you updated you
PPA with this change? I assume it didn't come from what I did because it
wouldn't be a GUI option then I am sure.
I have added a few extra sources (including Paul's), for clarity here is
my sources.list:
