My understanding is anything currently in 576i on DVB-T will not be
offering any HD content for some time, there's not really spare
bandwidth to do it.
DVB-T 720p/1080i services are randomly showing HD content, but other
times it's SD scaled up to 720p/1080i. Eventually more content will be
HD than the smattering now.
DVB-S is all SD, and is extremely unlikely to change for a while.
The only indication of actual HD in any programme listing is the HMEG-5
interactive guide on DVB-T - there's no markers in the EIT or MHEG-5
data on DVB-S.
