[mythtvnz] 0.21 and MultiRec stability

I'm using mythbuntu 7.10 with weekly builds (although, not in a few
weeks due to Orcon failing to make with internets over DSL :( ).. 

Backend stability isn't great, it's new enough to have multirec, which
works really well, but the backend disappears on a weekly basis. I
haven't noticed any front-end crashes with flopping around channels.
